Punjab Information Minister Fayyazul Hassan Chohan has said that Maryam Safdar Awan is conspiring against judicial, state and democratic institutions of the country.
In a video message released to the media on Friday, Fayyazul Hassan said that he will request the courts to cancel her bail and order her arrest.
The Punjab information minister said that Nawaz Sharif also claimed to have built a cruise missile after the atomic bomb.
“It would have been true if the atomic bomb and cruise missile had been made at the Ittefaq foundry with the Sharif family s money”, he pointed out.
Fayyazul Hassan said that the fact is that Pakistan Army and its affiliates worked tirelessly to nurture the nuclear program, adding that these corrupt and dishonest former rulers were not even allowed to come close to sensitive institutions.
“Dr. Qadeer’s interviews, Gohar Ayub’s book and Dr. Samar Mubarakmand’s statements are enough to embarrass the Sharif family”, Chohan declared, adding that PML-N outside the country and PML-M in the country would drown the politics of its party and PML-N League as long as they keep talking. The Punjab minister for information said that everyone will have to condemn sectarianism at every platform because it is a poison for the country’s stability.
Talking to media persons in Lahore, he said they have to fight against sectarianism at all cost to safe the country.
“Islam binds each and every of its follower to forge unity among their ranks and it is the only way to foil conspiracies of the enemy.”
